Paige is a multidisciplinary creative powerhouse with a diverse skillset spanning styling, graphic design, and photography.  With over 12 years of experience in the styling world, she has partnered with major brands including Holt Renfrew, Loblaws, Rexall, HBC, Canadian Tire, Fashion Magazine, Chatelaine, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Walmart, and LCBO, specializing in room set, product, and wardrobe styling.  Her graphic design career, now over two decades strong, encompasses award-winning art direction for numerous Canadian publications, as well as expertise in corporate design, advertising, and a passion for creating engaging infographics.  Paige's creative projects also include designing album artwork for a large Canadian music project and she is continually expanding her photography portfolio, focusing on portraits, interiors, and events.

A passionate advocate for health and wellness, I offer a diverse range of fitness and lifestyle services, including group classes, bootcamps, Pilates, strength training, pre-natal and mom-baby sessions, private coaching, nutritional counseling, and wellness workshops—available in person, online, and outdoors.

My journey was profoundly shaped by surviving the 2013 Boston Marathon attack, leading me to develop resilience and tools for personal growth. Through my book, Like the Glide of a Dragonfly, I share my experience with PTSD and the power of perseverance. I believe in leading by example, helping others unlock their full potential in health, mindset, and life’s challenges.

Passionate about harnessing the therapeutic power of music, she has worked with older adults with dementia, the autistic community, and more, fostering emotional growth, recollection, and creative expression.

Jennifer is an Interior design services with a focus on sustainability and biophilic design, while also incorporating the principles of Feng Shui into every design.

My "why" is driven by a deep desire to create spaces that inspire, uplift, and empower. I believe that every woman deserves to live in a space that reflects her true essence and supports her journey towards self-fulfillment. Through my work, I hope to contribute to a world where women feel empowered to live life on their own terms, surrounded by environments that nourish their body, mind, and spirit.
